Hello, welcome, and thank you for your interest in Real Strategies.

Following a wide-ranging project development career in the education, voluntary and housing sectors, I started up Real Strategies over 12 years ago.  Since then, with associates, I have had the pleasure of helping many communities, and community organisations start  up services, or keep them going and growing. We have worked with many different types of people and organisations, including: large institutions, small local groups and individual community champions. We have a particular interest in reaching 'under-represented' or 'mis-represented' groups, and in using visual arts to engage and bring together communities.

When using  Real Strategies,  you buy into a  network of  highly-experienced associates and advisors . Each have over 10 years' experience in fields such as:  community arts and film, welfare advice, housing, youth  and education. Bound by the quality and sensitivity of their work, the

team  provide a friendly, practical and  personalised service. Each year a set amount of voluntary help is given to 'high-social-value' projects .
